SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed on-line before NOON are normally dispatched the same day (excluding weekends or bank holidays). After Noon orders will be dispatched on the next working day,

We aim to achieve this 100% of the time, but there are always occasions where this won’t be possible. If you are desperate for an item, please call us and we will, as always, do our best to help.

 

SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping rate should be selected at checkout and are inclusive of VAT.
  • Shipping to the Highlands, Islands & Off Shore should be selected according to the full weight of the order.
  • The shipping rates are only a portion of what Pet Direction actually pays.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • We use DPD as our courier, please contact us if DPD is not appropriate for your area, we are happy to discuss and find a solution.
  • Delivery times stated below exclude impacts of pandemics, natural disasters, major road closures and any other external conditions that cannot be controlled by Pet Direction or the Courier.
  • Offshore deliveries are also subjected to ferry schedules and weather conditions.
  • If after 2 delivery attempts or 4 working days after shipment, please contact us, we will help to trace your order. Delivery will be attempted twice before the order is returned.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

If you request a ‘Leave Safe’ then you are fully liable and responsible for the order. Pet Direction will not accept any liability for lost or damaged goods. We would encourage you to download the DPD app, where you can track your order and apply any of the instructions below.

The postcodes below have been provided by DPD, but the list is not limited, we reserve the right to increase the postage costs before the order is shipped. All changes would be discussed and approved with the customer in advance of the shipment.

STOCK SUBSTITUTION

Occasionally where you have ordered a 12 kg bag we may send you 6 x 2 kg, or if you have ordered a 2kg bag, we may send you 4 x 500g bags, this is a way we control stock levels and continue to provide the very best service to our customers. We will contact you before we apply stock substitution.
